Polymarket is seeking a dynamic Head of Communications to lead our communications strategy in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, media relations, and corporate communications, particularly in the technology or finance sectors.
What you'll do
- Develop communication strategies. You’ll create and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our brand’s visibility and reputation.
- Manage media relations. You’ll build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
- Oversee content creation. You’ll lead the creation of press releases, blog posts, and other communication materials.
- Collaborate across departments. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to align communication strategies with business goals.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in communications or public relations
- Strong network of media contacts
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies
- (Plus) Experience in the fintech, blockchain or other regulated industries
